The Charlie Guide will carry his/her own personal gear, including tent (guide carries a Duluth Pack).  The goal for packing is to get all your gear - including canoes - into nine portage loads or pieces. That's one per person -- 3 canoes, 2 food packs, 1 crew gear pack and 3 personal gear packs.

 

No cans or glass containers!  Pack all smellables in one ditty bag to hang in bear bag.


PERSONAL ITEMS
(all individual gear, including sleeping bag & pad, must take up no more room than 2000 cubic inches (26�x9�x8.5�) -- three people must be able to pack all of their individual gear into a space measuring 26"x27"x8.5").  The following list is the personal gear I am bringing
