Atlanta Archdiocesan Youth Protection

At our AACCoS meeting Saturday we discussed the archdiocesan policy that our counselors will be required to complete the Archdiocesan Youth Protection Training.  I distributed an email from Sue Stubbs to me outlining the policy.  Most of her email, with the links, is below.

 I have attached two forms to this, Video_Guide.pdf (43kb) and Video_ack_form.pdf (35(kb)  The guide are instructions before viewing the video.  The acknowledgement form is the questionnaire to which Sue refers.  You answer the questions WHILE you watch the video.

Her instructions are pretty clear but if you have any questions please let me know.

We are using a new program (there is no cost - it's free to all working with youth in the archdiocese)  This program can be viewed on-line and the forms downloaded using the following information.

FORMS
**Download and print all the following docs from this page of the website (scroll down the page to the listing of docs): www.archatl.com/offices/cyp/materials/.  These docs should be read, signed by you and then fax the signature page only to  404-978-2778.  If you have scanning capabilities, you can e-mail your signed forms to sstubbs@archatl.com.

  *Video Acknowledgment Form - 2 pages (which you will need as you watch the presentation...there are questions on there for you to answer).
